Terms of Use

Re:Disc lets users list, browse, and message each other about used discs. We are not a party to any sale — every transaction, including payment and shipping, is arranged directly between the buyer and the seller. We charge no platform fees. Re:Disc is run by a private individual as a non-commercial hobby project, not a registered business.

You must be able to enter into a binding agreement to use Re:Disc. If you're under 18, you confirm you have a parent's or guardian's permission to use the site and to buy or sell through it.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and listings, and for keeping your login credentials secure. Let us know if you think your account has been compromised.

When you list or use the site, you agree not to:

• Post inaccurate, misleading, or counterfeit listings.
• List anything illegal to sell or ship in the relevant country.
• Harass, scam, or impersonate other users.
• Scrape, copy, or misuse the site or other users' content.
• Attempt to circumvent moderation or reporting.

We may remove listings, messages, or accounts that violate these terms, based on our own review or user reports.

Because we're not involved in any purchase, we don't verify listings, process payments, guarantee delivery, or mediate disputes between buyers and sellers. Use common sense: verify condition and details before paying, and be cautious with unfamiliar payment methods. If something goes wrong with a specific trade, it's between you and the other user — though you're welcome to report bad behavior so we can act on the account.

You keep ownership of the photos, descriptions, and messages you post. By posting them, you give us a license to display them on the site so the marketplace can function.

Re:Disc is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for losses arising from listings, transactions, or disputes between users, or from outages or bugs in the service. This doesn't limit any liability that can't be excluded under mandatory law, including statutory consumer protections.

We may suspend or remove an account that violates these terms. You can stop using the site and delete your account at any time.

These terms are governed by Finnish law. If you're a consumer, any mandatory consumer-protection rights under the law of your country of residence still apply and take precedence over this clause where they conflict.

If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
